We Sport Up: Renault Group Italia Accelerates Wellbeing with Trainect

In questo viaggio verso il benessere aziendale, Renault Group Italia ha deciso nel 2021 di aprire un nuovo capitolo insieme a Trainect, nell’ambito del progetto We Sport Up, un acceleratore di startup legate al benessere e allo sport, promosso da Sport e Salute.  Un passo intrapreso a fronte di sfide ben delineate e di un desiderio profondo di miglioramento costante.

Overcoming the Challenges of the Car Market: The Trainect Strategy for Renault

At the center of this scenario is the difficulty in attracting and retaining young talent, a significant obstacle in a sector such as the automotive sector, which struggles to maintain its appeal in a constantly evolving job market.

The objective we set ourselves from the beginning was to improve an environment where the well-being of employees is at the centre , not only as a concept but as a daily experience, where every initiative contributes to building a more peaceful and productive working environment. .

In a company distributed across multiple locations and with a percentage of traveling collaborators, Trainect has managed to respond to the needs of the company and its people, with its intuitive user platform and its personalized services, offering tools for continuous monitoring and the implementation of concrete actions aimed at improving corporate well-being.

The winning steps: Wellbeing, Sustainability and Involvement

The first chapter of this story begins with a moment of sharing dedicated to the entire company, an event that had the aim of recounting the path undertaken and illustrating the shared objectives of well-being and personal and professional growth.

This initial moment was not only an information opportunity but represented a call to action, stimulating the interest and active participation of employees in the project .

One of the first and most innovative initiatives proposed was the step challenge , an activity that was able to combine the importance of physical movement with attention to highly topical issues such as environmental sustainability to the donation of Trainect in the name of the winner to Ogyre, an international community committed to protecting the oceans.

This initiative led to a +20% of subscribers to the platform in a single day and an 80% engagement .

Kick-off Event: Personal Involvement and Growth

Based on a careful analysis of usage data and the needs expressed by employees, we organized a webinar entitled "How to manage stress and anxiety at work: strategy for emotional well-being" with the support of the professional Manuela Vellone, Trainect's life coach, with whom topics such as managing stress , recognizing its signs in the workplace and developing a positive mindset also based on self-esteem were addressed.

Among the latest activities carried out, a series of live stretching exercises with the physical and mental wellbeing coach , designed to be performed directly at your workstation.

These events were designed to counteract the negative effects of long hours of immobility in front of the PC or for those who spend a lot of time driving, offering practical solutions to maintain good joint mobility.

Recognition of Excellence: Trainect accompanies Renault Group Italia to the title of Top Employer 2024

The results of this collaboration speak for themselves: an increase in perceived well-being within the company and greater awareness of daily well-being practices which have led the Renault Group to confirm itself as Top Employer again in 2024, the official recognition of corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies and their implementation to contribute to people's well-being, improve the working environment and the world of work.
