Nell'aprile 2024, un'iniziativa di tre settimane ha coinvolto l'intera comunità lavorativa, concentrandosi su cinque macro aree di benessere: fisico, mentale, sociale, emotivo e finanziario. A novembre 2023, una sfida di 30 giorni ha entusiasmato i dipendenti con contenuti guidati per incentivare l'esercizio fisico. Ad ottobre 2023, un'altra sfida mensile ha promosso il benessere mentale attraverso pratiche di rilassamento e meditazione.
